Priorities
Today I will be sharing my priorities. I like to separate my priorities into two main categories: Big and Little. Priorities that fall under the Big category tend to remain the same over the years, though new ones can be added or old ones can become irrelevant. These priorities are also usually more important to me. Little priorities are important too, but usually have less of an overall effect on my life. However, all of my priorities are priorities for a reason. They matter to me!
For me, Big priorities are things like, Family, Relationships, Mental Health, School, and Money.
***To clarify, I believe physical health is important too, it just doesn't need as much attention (in my case) as mental health does.
Some of my Little priorities are, homework, my social life, going to the gym, studying, etc.
My little priorities have changed slightly since high school, because in school homework was never that important, and I worked out twice daily at school. I rarely studied because I didn't need to, and having a social life was a lot easier because I saw the same people every day. Also, I was younger back then so I am sure some of my little priorities were revolved around my parents.
Three of my goals for Fall of 2017 are, make friends, strengthen my LDR (Long Distance Relationship), and strengthen and tone my body. I'm sharing my action plan for strengthening and toning because it is something that I am very excited about and is central to my happiness.
My action plan:

My action plan:
- My start date is 9/13/17
- My end date is 12/21/17
- My exact goal: I don't have one. That would be unrealistic. Some goals are to lose weight, have visibly defined muscles, and increase my max/reps in workouts. For example, if my Squat max is currently 115, by my end date I would want it to be 135.
- My plan is:
- Go to the gym 4 times a week
- Work multiple muscle groups per day
- Eat healthier/cleaner
- Up my reps/weight each week
- Increase stamina
